Security Campus Patrol Officer (Security)

The Peabody Essex Museum in Salem, MA is seeking candidates for a full-time Security Campus Patrol Officer position. This dynamic position provides support for the museum's interior security operations as well as a visible exterior presence for the museum's properties, buildings, and grounds after-hours and late at night.

Interior duties will include security post coverage during any after-hours events or programs. Exterior duties will include inspecting and patrolling PEM's Salem properties, responding to alarm calls, investigating incidents upon dispatch, and acting independently to resolve adverse conditions and situations. This position works closely with PEM's Security Operations Center, Security Campus Supervisors, on-call staff, and local public emergency response personnel.
