Agility Partners is looking for qualified candidates to fill an open Business Analyst / Product Manager position. This is an exciting opportunity who wants to oversee and develop the vision a highly visible internal product.
Your day to day will consist of the following :
- Develop a product vision and strategy to accomplish that vision
- Responsible for product budget, determining / advising on pricing and promotional calendars
- Create and manage a product roadmap
- Document functional requirements in support of roadmap initiatives
- Participate in all Scrum ceremonies as the Product Owner ensuring clear prioritization and expectations for new development
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure maximum scalability / reusability in new development
- Be the voice of the market for internal partners by staying current on new experience innovations and communicating opportunities your Scrum team and stakeholders
- Communicate strategic deliveries and performance to the business
- Intake new ideas and objectives from key stakeholders for product consideration
- Lead monthly product demos to the extended Express organization
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of product lines online and across digital channels
- Provide optimization team with new experimental ideas
- Contribute to individual and team development as a team / peer leader
- Provide insights and suggestions to improve our product development process
- Negotiate with suppliers
- Build and manage 3rd party vendor relationships

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate would bring the following :
- 5 - 8 of product management, UI engineering, and / or business analysis experience ideally in the eCommerce or consumer space
- Sufficient understanding of Reactjs, Adobe Experience Manager, and Oracle ATG Frameworks
- Ability to iterate on UX design concepts leveraging Adobe products like Photoshop and InDesign
- Practical Agile / Scrum experience
