• Job Description :
• Haul regional freight across the Southwest. This fleet is tailored for drivers who want predictable home time and efficient lanes, running an average of 2,000 miles per week with a 300-mile average length of haul.
• Equipment :
• 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths — clean, reliable, and fully supported with 24 / 7 operations access.
• Pay :
• Average $1,200 per week — plus performance bonuses available up to an additional 3 CPM based on safety, miles, and productivity.
• Home Time :
• Weekly 34-hour resets, regional freight out of Dallas
• Freight :
• 100% no-touch — 50–60% drop & hook, 40–50% live unload
• Experience :
• 1 year preferred (will train the right candidate)

• Detention Pay :
• $12.50 / hour after 2 hours
• Layover / Breakdown Pay :
• $100 / day
• Vacation Pay :

1 year = 1 week

3 years = 2 weeks

7 years = 3 weeks

15 years = 4 weeks

Valid Class A CDL

Must be flexible with schedule

Must be willing to undergo background check
