Living Tree Estates LLC in Greenville, WI is looking for an LPN to join our strong committed team for PM lead role. We are located on N1916 Greenville Dr.
Our ideal candidate is committed, professional, and engaged in leadership. Fulltime, Part time, 8 hour-12 hour shifts available.
Responsibilities
LPN Essential Duties Include the Following :
- Overseeing and supervising Care Staff Members (Caregivers) throughout shift to ensure they are providing total resident care.
- Document any significant concerns with residents and / or staff and bring it to the attention of the Administrator(s).
- Administering daily medications and overseeing Care Staff Members to assure proper care and compliance. Proper documentation of all care given.
- When needed, offering personal resident care throughout day and night, including assistance with appearance, bathing, dressing, toileting, walking, sitting, standing / getting up, eating / drinking, and any other needs as they may arise.
Otherwise, ensuring Care Staff Members are attending to these needs.
- Spending time with residents and family to gain feedback with their satisfaction of care and services provided. Relaying suggestions or complaints to Manager / RN / Administrator.
- Assisting with the resident’s overall medical needs, such as calling physicians, pharmacists, and / or family members to convey concerns, schedule appointments and communicate changes as needed.
- Completing daily paperwork, monthly summaries, logs, and documentaries to note daily activities of staff duties fulfilled and resident needs / care being provided.
- Completing, updating and monitoring change of condition.
- Coaching, teaching and communicating with other Care Staff Members and other co-workers to ensure that residents are being cared for with the utmost level of responsibility and respect.
- Ensuring that pertinent information is flowing between shifts to allow for appropriate care and concern for residents.
