Salary Range : $70,000 - $85,000, depending on experience
Schedule : flexibility to work remotely - Travel to LA County clients 1 day each week & any additional site investigations required.
Core Contributions :
- Work with leaders to resolve employee relations issues, provide advice, and follow-up.
- Perform specific research into operational and employee issues, developing improvement recommendations to policies and processes.
- Lead managers through performance management and provide day-to-day guidance around coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions.
- Stay current on national and state employment laws to reduce risks and ensure compliance. Partner with legal counsel when needed.
Essential Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
- 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience
- PHR, SHRM-CP, or SPHR
- Experience in Education a plus
