This role involves overseeing electrical crews, ensuring code compliance, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring timely and high-quality installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise residential electrical crews on job sites
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems
- Ensure compliance with NEC and local building codes
- Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams
- Coordinate with project managers and clients
- Train and mentor apprentices and journeymen
- Maintain safety standards and job site organization
- Keep accurate records of projects changes
