Position Overview : The Director of Cardiovascular Services will oversee all cardiovascular operations, including staff management and mentoring, policy and procedure development, accreditation maintenance, and program budget and productivity oversight.

Location : Dona Ana County, NM (Onsite) - 40 minutes from El Paso Key Responsibilities : Oversee all cardiovascular operations.

Manage and mentor staff members. Develop and implement policies and procedures. Ensure and maintain program accreditation.

Supervise the program’s budget and productivity. Qualifications : Education : Required : Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Preferred : MSN, Healthcare Administration, or MBA.

Experience : Minimum of seven years in healthcare. At least three years in a leadership position. Experience in a for-profit hospital is strongly preferred.

Required : Leadership, program development, budget and productivity management, and clinical experience. Strong interpersonal and human relations skills.

Licensure : Required : Current NM RN license. Certification : Required : BLS and ACLS. Candidate Requirements : Current (or eligible) New Mexico RN license.

Seven years of healthcare experience, including at least three years in a leadership role. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required;

advanced degree (MSN, Healthcare Administration, MBA) is strongly preferred. Preferred experience in a for-profit hospital.

Proven ability to build and lead a team focused on quality initiatives. Salary : $125,000 to $150,000, with a relocation bonus of up to $10,000.
