A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Care Manager.Key Responsibilities : Supporting the mental and physical health care of patients on an assigned caseloadCoordinating care with the patient's Primary Care Clinician and other members of the clinical teamProviding patient education, tracking treatment response, and facilitating treatment plan changesRequired Qualifications : Bachelor's or higher degree in psychology, social work, or related fieldAt least 1 year of experience in case management and behavioral health careWorking knowledge of evidence-based psychosocial treatments and coaching techniquesBasic knowledge of psychopharmacology for mental health disordersAbility to work during regular business hours in Pacific Time Zone
