Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with our amazing dentists during various dental procedures, always ensuring utmost patient comfort and satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sterilized dental environment by following strict infection control protocols.
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment, ensuring their availability and readiness for procedures.
- Embrace laboratory duties with enthusiasm, including taking dental impressions, X-rays, and other necessary tasks.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, post-operative care, and the significance of maintaining optimal oral health.
- Provide chairside assistance, proactively anticipating dentists' needs and promoting a seamless workflow.
- Accurately maintain and update patients' dental records, including comprehensive treatment plans and medical history.
- Efficiently manage dental supplies and inventory, ensuring proper maintenance and smooth office operations.
- Uphold and strictly comply with safety protocols, guaranteeing a safe and secure environment for both our valued patients and dedicated staff.
- Cultivate positive relationships with patients, consistently delivering exceptional customer service and attentively addressing their concerns.
- Stay at the forefront of the latest dental technologies, procedures, and industry trends to provide the highest level of care.

Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalentRegistered Dental Assistant (RDA) license required in the state of TexasCPR / BLS certificationX-ray certification as required by the Texas State Board of Dental ExaminersAt least 1-2 years of dental assisting experience preferred but not requiredExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detailAt least 1-2 years of dental assisting experience preferred but not requiredExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficient with dental software (experience with [Oryx, if applicable] is a plus)What We Offer :
