Description
The Medicare Call Center Team Leader will be responsible for advising our Medicare call center sales team. This individual will work closely with the EOS sales manager to help oversee daily operations, mentor and train sales agents, and ensure that our sales strategies align with company goals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Medicare sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving performance.
Requirements
- Current and valid Health and Life Insurance License, or the ability to obtain within 60 days of employment.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Medicare sales, and some time in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of Medicare products and regulations.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
