We’re looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join Snap Inc!

What you’ll do :

Build, optimize, and deploy machine learning models to support identity resolution and ads attribution

Create models which help drive value for users, advertisers, and our company

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on machine learning strategies to meet company objectives

Stay up-to-date with the latest technology in machine learning and apply this knowledge to tackle complex problems in innovative ways

Perform code reviews and ensure exceptional code quality

Build robust, lasting, and scalable products

Iterate quickly without compromising quality

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

Strong understanding of machine learning approaches and algorithms

Strong computer science fundamentals

Skilled with unsupervised learning for unlabeled data

Able to prioritize duties and work well on your own

Ability to work with both internal and external partners

Skilled at solving open ambiguous problems

Strong collaboration, leadership, and mentorship skills

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in technical field such as computer science, mathematics, statistics or equivalent years of experience

8+ years machine learning experience in industry

Experience building and applying machine learning models to one of the following areas : ads attribution, identity, measurement, or privacy-preserving ML

Preferred Qualifications :

Advanced degree in computer science or related field

Experience working with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Caffe2, PyTorch, Spark ML, scikit-learn, or related frameworks

Experience working on machine learning infrastructure and systems

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.

These pay zones may be modified in the future.

The base salary range for this position is $222,000-$333,000 annually.

The base salary range for this position is $211,000-$316,000 annually.

The base salary range for this position is $189,000-$283,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
