Responsibilities :

  • Engaging with customers using Azure AI and providing technical guidance and best practices.
  • Identifying customer scenarios, AI usage blockers, and recommending growth accelerators.
  • Collaborating with account teams and partners to drive customer success and adoption of Azure AI.
  • Developing and delivering customized AI workshops, demos, and presentations.
  • Staying updated on the latest AI trends and sharing insights with the AI community.
  • Applying deep technical knowledge to create modernization roadmaps and architecting viable solutions.
  • Conducting demos on AI usage and implementation.
  • Designing high-level AI architectures tailored to customer needs using Azure AI and OpenAI services.

Minimum Requirements :

  • 2+ years of experience in technical sales, consulting, or customer success.
  • 1+ years of experience with Azure AI services, tools, and frameworks.
  • AZ-305 and / or AI-900 certification.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of experience in technical sales, consulting, or customer success.
  • Proven track record of building deep technical relationships with senior IT executives.
