Quality Labor Management is seeking experienced Skilled Laborers to join our team. As a Skilled Laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks on construction sites, including operating tools and equipment, assisting tradespeople, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications of a Commercial Flagger :

• Previous experience in traffic control or construction preferred but not required.
• Valid Flagger Certification (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• Knowledge of traffic control regulations and safety protocols.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments in varying weather conditions.
• Strong situational awareness and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift / carry up to 50 lbs.
