This position is located in Bellevue, WA; Overland Park, KS; or Frisco, TX. This is not a remote role, this is a hybrid environment, requiring 3 days a week in office.

The Manager plays a crucial role in the development and execution of the Content Supply Chain. This role will oversee a team of people responsible for not only evaluating but building, launching and maintaining the new Content Supply Chain across the Enterprise.

From development to evangalizing to day to day operations this person oversees and enhances our content management across the supply chain from Brief to Analysis.

This person will lead a team of Content Supply Chain professionals who manage platforms and systems (Workfront, Adobe Products, etc) In addition to acting as a liaison to senior management and business stakeholders.

The Manager will interface with T-Mobile Vice Presidents, Directors, and functional disciplines such as Finance, IT and Business Channels.

This individual must have an excellent grasp of Adobe products as well as a background in SaaS implementations for Enterprise level deployments.

Job Responsibilities : Manage and maintain operations of the Content Supply Chain on a daily basis for the Enterprise Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.

Advocate for and implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance content supply chain operations that meet the needs of the business.

Continually evaluate existing and new technology for optimization of current builds and new launch related activities. Also responsible for other Duties / Projects as assigned by business management as needed.

Education : Bachelor's degree and four years related work experience or 10 years related work experience post high school.

Work Experience : Experience in telecommunications industry preferred. 4-7 years Management, Team Lead, or other equivalent leadership experience.

4-7 Years Project Management : Minimum four year's experience in multiple areas of marketing communications and / or program management.

4-7 Years SaaS / Program Management : Minimum four years working with organizations on SaaS implementations or comparable work.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : Microsoft Office, Adobe Products, Asana, Jira (or comparable PM Software) Licenses and Certifications : Project Management Professional (PMP) (Preferred) Travel : Approximately 20%

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States Base Pay Range : $100,500 - $181,300 Corporate Bonus Target : 15% The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role.

The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role.

Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and / or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
