Receptionist
Hourly Range : $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, which is based on various factors including skills, abilities, and work experience
FSLA Standards : Full-Time Hourly Non-Exempt
Workweek & Workday : Monday through Friday 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. Schedule is determined by manager or such other manager as DRJ may designate.

Experience Education Requirement
1 to 3 years of receptionist experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, plus

Purpose :
This position is responsible for serving and interacting as the welcoming presence of Don Roberto Jewelers by greeting guests and company associates, either in person or through phone calls.
The incumbent will also provide clerical support to both the Human Resources and loss prevention departments.
Essential Duties :
- Ensure that the phone is always answered in a quick, warm, and upbeat manner
- Greet visitors; determine the nature of business and announce visitors to appropriate associate
- Create and maintain relationships with entire organization by being a warm and welcoming presence at the front desk
- Maintain visitor log in accordance with the company's Personal Information Privacy policy
- Monitor emails and voicemails and distribute appropriately
- Support District Managers with location schedules and provide store managers and corporate staff with locations when necessary
- Receive and sign for certified mail, log and all / email to the appropriate department
- Actively support the loss prevention and safety teams.
- Continuously monitor surroundings within reception area as well as parking lot, and report suspicious activity immediately to the Loss Prevention department
- Report any unsafe work conditions immediately to the HR Compliance Manager
- Support Human Resources manager and team with special projects
- Participate in department meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned
