Located in the heart of Bucktown, Bucktown Wicker Park Dental is looking for a Full-time Front Office Associate to join our talented and compassionate team of dental professionals! Our dental practice focuses on providing excellent dental services to the community of Bucktown Wicker Park.
The details of the job description are as follows :
Schedule for the Front Office Associate :
Monday : 7AM - 5PM
Tuesday : OFF
Wednesday : OFF
Thursday : 7PM - 5PM
Friday : 7PM - 5PM
Saturday : 8AM - 2PM (Once a Month)
Responsibilities and Requirements of the Front Office Associate :
- At least 2 years of experience as dental front office
- Eaglesoft experience preferred, but not required.
- Check patients in and out of the practice.
- Ability to check in and check out patients efficiently
- Answer phone calls with the highest customer service expectations
- Schedule appointments for patients
- Present treatment plans to patients (training provided)
- Highly engage with patients with the utmost patience
- Reliable and empathetic towards patients and staff
- Friendly personality with a welcoming smile
