Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a Part-time Sr Receptionist to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Jacksonville, FL.

Job Title : Part-time Sr Receptionist
Work Location : Jacksonville, FL
Duration : Long-term contract with option to hire
Hours : Monday-Friday 8am-12pm
Education / Experience Required : High school or equivalent
Job Description & Responsibilities :
- Daily responsibilities will include answering the call center phone and assigning tickets to techs
- Assisting customers with issues concerning printers and copiers.
- This person will need to be able to list up to 25 pounds.
- No extensive lifting, standing or walking is required for this role.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Hiring manager is looking for someone with a customer service background
- Call center experience is a plus, but not required.
- This location has free parking available.
- COVID Restrictions : None
- Driving Requirements : None
- Dress Code : Business casual, no jeans. Sneakers allow
