About the Role :
As an ERP Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in implementing ERP processes across the enterprise, aiming to enhance operational effectiveness and elevate productivity levels.
Your responsibilities will revolve around collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements, driving workflows, and spearheading change management initiatives to ensure seamless adoption of ERP systems.

Top 5 Skills :
- 5-10 years of ERP Functional Business Analyst experience
- Expertise in ERP manufacturing, distribution, asset management, payroll and finance modules as well as reporting
- Demonstrated ability to engage with users, gather requirements, and streamline workflows
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders across four operating companies
- Change management expertise, with a knack for influencing and inspiring adoption of new processes
Requirements :
- Flexibility to be onsite frequently in upstate NY
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

- Experience with HR / Payroll systems (desirable but not mandatory)
