A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative to join their Technical Support team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical problem resolution and document solutions in the call tracking system
Assist in building processes and procedures while updating customers on case statuses
Become a product expert through software testing to resolve challenging customer issues
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
At least three years of experience in customer service or a related field preferred
Ability to work well in a team and be self-guided in daily tasks
Experience in analyzing and solving technical issues effectively
Availability to work from 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM PT
