About The Position
Job Title : Registered Nurse Job Specialty : Telemetry Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Night 3x12-Hour (6 : 45 PM - 7 : 15 AM) Guaranteed Hours : - 36 hours for 3, 12-hour shifts- 48 hours for 4, 12-hour shifts- 40 hours for shifts under 12 hours (8 or 10-hour shift) Experience : 2 years required License : State license required prior to start date Certifications : BLS Must-Have : Flu Vaccine Required (Medical / Religious Exemptions Only)- First-timers accepted- Epic documentation experience preferred Job Description : Provide specialized care in a telemetry setting.
- Work every other weekend as required.- No on-call requirements.- Care for adult and geriatric patients.- Utilize telemetry and MS / Tele skills effectively.
- Adhere to facility scrubbing protocols (Royal Blue or White).- Participate in a supportive teaching environment within an Adult Level II Trauma facility.
- Ensure excellent patient documentation using Epic software.- Submit any requested time off at the time of profile submission.
