Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administration Researcher / Reception / Accounting Assistant at Corporate Intelligence Consultants located in Perrysburg, OH.
The Assistant will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including phone etiquette, receptionist duties, clerical skills, communication, and customer service.
The role will involve providing administrative support, managing phone calls, handling receptionist tasks, and assisting with accounting duties.
Qualifications
- Excellent phone etiquette, receptionist duties, and clerical skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in accounting or bookkeeping is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
