Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving sales growth, managing a high-performing sales team, and developing strategies to increase market share.
  • Mentor and lead your sales team to exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.
  • Coach the sales team in using proven ten step sales process and sales tools.
  • Conduct weekly sales meetings and ride-alongs to develop sales team.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Work hand-in-hand with operations and customer service to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company goals.

Requirements

  • Experience in leading a sales team.
  • Experience achieving in-home sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office software.
