Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving sales growth, managing a high-performing sales team, and developing strategies to increase market share.
- Mentor and lead your sales team to exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.
- Coach the sales team in using proven ten step sales process and sales tools.
- Conduct weekly sales meetings and ride-alongs to develop sales team.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Work hand-in-hand with operations and customer service to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company goals.
Requirements
- Experience in leading a sales team.
- Experience achieving in-home sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office software.
