Job Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing their needs through phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records and account information.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.

Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
