As an entry level customer service representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, client inquiries and service requests.

Provide information about products and services. Assist clients with payments and troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns for clients.

Document and update client records based on interactions. Assist agency management and team members on interaction with clerical and administrative duties.

NO COLD CALLING OR PROSPECTING.

Base hourly starts at $18 hour will increase $20 depending on experiences. If you are interested in becoming full licensed we will cover materials, and classes to become a fully license agent.

Health Benefits may be offered after a probation period.

Pay is based on experience.

Part Time will be from 9am to 1pm Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

  • Answering phones assisting clients with their insurance questions or needs
  • Responsibilities include assisting with insurance quotes, data inputting, payments, to support clients and staff as needed.
  • Documentation : Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy information
  • Follow-Up : Communicate with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Requirement

  • Experience : Previous experience in insurance and / or or customer service is a bonus.
  • Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Detail-Oriented : Meticulous attention to detail inputting insurance information into various platforms within our office.
  • Professionalism : Maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic at all times.
  • Ability to work as a team member & multi-task.
  • Must have High School and / or College Degree
