Title : Team Lead (Dog Day-care / Animal Care / Pet Care)
Location : Seattle, WA
Duration : Full time Direct Hire
Hourly Rate : $23-24
Requirements :
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in hospitality, preferably with experience leading a team at a dog daycare, veterinary clinic, or animal care facility
- Positive, energetic, and eager to learn
- Ability to oversee daily team operations
- Experience creating and managing team schedules
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the main point of contact for the business owner
- Foster a work environment and culture of excellence
- Focus on in-store operations and provide real-time coaching and feedback
- Maintain brand excellence by ensuring the store's presentation and client experience meet company standards
- Establish operational standards targeting the cleanliness and safety of dogs, employees, and clients
Duties :
- Properly handle dogs in all situations
- Ensure all employees deliver a top-tier customer experience
- Proactively address and resolve any client concerns
- Train, develop, and oversee team members, providing regular feedback to both the team and owner
- Promptly address dog, employee, and safety-related issues
- Foster a positive work culture that prioritizes the brand mission while encouraging a fun and engaging work environment
- Maintain store presentation and client experience standards, ensuring employees adhere to dress code and grooming guidelines
- Engage, educate, and excite prospective and current clients through in-person interactions, phone calls, emails, and texts
- Create and manage team schedules, ensuring proper staffing levels and finding shift coverage when needed
- Assist with Front Desk operations, including checking in clients / dogs and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process
Technology Requirements :
Tech-savvy with the ability to work with Gingr Pet-Care Software or POS systems

- Positive, confident, empathetic, and resilient in handling client objections
- Ability to professionally navigate and enhance client experiences
