What You'll Do :

🎯 Lead and manage substation design projects from concept to completion

📊 Develop electrical schematics, layouts, and technical specifications

🤝 Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders

⚡ Ensure compliance with industry codes and safety standards

📋 Review and approve design deliverables and documentation

🔧 Provide technical guidance and mentorship to design team members

What We're Looking For :

✅ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

✅ 8+ years of experience in substation design and power systems

✅ Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, ETAP, SKM, etc.)

✅ Strong project management and leadership skills

✅ Knowledge of IEEE, NESC, and utility standards

✅ Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
