Our Ideal Candidate
This is an onsite role based in Centennial, CO . The ideal candidate for the Project Manager role is an experienced project manager with a strong technical background and hands-on experience, particularly in Water / Wastewater treatment, engineering, construction or similar industries.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Project Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing and managing technical projects for wastewater lagoon treatment , from their early inception through installation, promoting Triplepoint's strong customer-oriented mission along the way.
Coordination and Communication
- Providing stellar customer service in all aspects of the project, budget, timeline and execution.
- Working with the sales team to verify customer expectations, scope, quotes, timelines, etc.
- Project Scheduling & Coordination.
- Cross-departmental communication.
- Working with field operations to ensure successful project execution and startup.
Budgeting, Scheduling and Materials Coordination
- Ensuring projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Managing the project budget and P&L from cradle to grave.
- Working with finance team to promptly recognize project revenue.
- Developing Purchase Orders and procure materials from multiple vendors.
- Materials and Equipment Sourcing and Purchasing.
- Project logistics, ensuring successful delivery of equipment to jobsites.
- Verifying Supply Chain issues ensuring projects can be fulfilled on time.
Collaborating with Engineering Team
- Teaming with Engineering to modify project documentation to meet the customer's needs.
- Assembling and modifying Project Engineering Submittals.
- Creating, issuing and managing Change Orders.
- Identifying, investigating, and rectifying customer, field and operational issues.
- Occasional technical support and / or field support (
What You Bring
- A Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or similar Technical Field
- Experience with Water / Wastewater, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and / or Controls Systems
- Excellent communication skills - including speaking English clearly and coherently, generating clear technical communiques and writings and navigating challenging customer, contractor or vendor relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills and preferred.
- Strong adherence to process.
- Exceptional follow-through.
- Experience with bid plans and specifications.
- Experience developing and managing project budgets and schedules.
- A mastery of MS Excel, Word, and Projects.
- 5+ years project management, project engineering, or hands-on technical support experience.
- Preferably worked in the Wastewater Process industry or similar.
What We Offer
Triplepoint offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary of $100,000 USD- $120,000 USD (depending on experience), full benefits including 401k, outstanding profit-sharing potential, and a generous vacation and holiday package.
