Afamily in VA Highlands GA is seeking an experienced mature nannyfor their 3monthold daughter who is a happy and calm baby currentlydeveloping her personality.
The ideal candidate should be nurturingengaging and focused on the childs development ensuring she isstimulated through ageappropriate activities such as tummy timereading sensory play and walks.
The baby is on a threehour cycleschedule with a consistent nap routine and sleeps well through thenight. While she is exclusively breastfed the family is open totransitioning to bottle feeding and formula asneeded.
Thenanny will arrive at 8 AM either getting the baby up or taking overfrom the father. The daily routine involves feeding playing andcaring for the baby until 6 PM possibly including a bath before thenanny leaves.
During nap times the nanny will take on lighthousekeeping duties such as baby laundry (with the option toinclude family laundry) walking the family s yellow lab unloadingand reloading the dishwasher light vacuuming meal prep putting awaygroceries and stocking diaperstations.
Theparents are laidback but place a strong emphasis on their daughtersdevelopment and are looking for a nanny who shares this priority.
They value structure organization and someone who is invested inthe childs future teaching her good values in a neutralenvironment.
The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 6PM on Friday 8AM to 2PM with the family guaranteeing 46 hours perweek at a rate of $25 to $32 perhour.
Onedog and Spanish speaking is a HUGE plus
