As a Pediatric Certified Nursing Aide or Home Health Aide, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do :
- Provide in house care to pediatric patients with illnesses, injuries and chronic diseases often after discharge from a hospital, rehab or nursing facility
- Work with a team of physicians, RN's, LPNs, CNAs and aides providing patient care
- Follow the Plan of Care for each Patient
- Help with things such as dressing, feeding, companionship and some occasional light housekeeping
