Recruiter 2 (Location, GPC HQ Atlanta, GA) Duration 3 months
A Recruiter with 5 to 10 years of experience is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment
process, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing interview processes and
making job offers. They play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent while
ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Talent Sourcing :
Use various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional
networks, and direct outreach, to identify and attract top talent.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring
needs.
Candidate Screening :
Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for
open positions.
Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate fit for the role.
Interview Coordination :
Collaborate with hiring managers to schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a
smooth interview process.
Provide interview feedback and guidance to both candidates and hiring managers.
Candidate Relationship Management :
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment
process.
Keep candidates informed about the status of their application and provide feedback as
necessary.
Employer Branding :
Promote the organization as an employer of choice by effectively communicating its
culture, values, and opportunities to potential candidates.
Job Offer Management :
Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate salary and benefits, and manage the
offer acceptance process.
Ensure all pre-employment checks and requirements are completed.
Data Management :
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and
other recruitment software.
Generate recruitment reports and analyze data to improve hiring processes.
Compliance and Diversity :
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Promote diversity and inclusion in the hiring process.
Continuous Improvement :
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and
effectiveness of the recruitment process.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
5-10 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, including experience with both
technical and non-technical positions.
- Proven track record in identifying and attracting top talent.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and interview
techniques.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
High level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple
requisitions simultaneously.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Professional certifications in recruitment (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter) are a plus.
