Are you passionate about making an impact on the nursing industry? Lincoln Tech, a post-secondary vocational school in Allentown, PA , is seeking nurses to be Full -time instructors in our LPN program.
No teaching experience required. Lincoln Tech has successfully transitioned nurses into effective educators.
Key Qualifications
- BSN or MSN
- An active RN license in Pennsylvania
- 3 + years of recent clinical experience
- Maternity and Pediatrics experience
- Med-Surg experience
- A passion for teaching
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and effectively deliver nursing curriculum in the classroom and / or clinical sites
- Supervise students and demonstrate hands-on patient care at nursing clinical sites
- Teach nursing techniques and provide sufficient practice to students to develop skill proficiency
- Evaluate learning outcomes of students and maintain accurate student records
- Prepare students for an exciting career in nursing!
