job_description.job_card.job_descriptionOne (1) year of EEG Technologist experience. High school diploma or its educational equivalent, approved by a State’s Department of Education or a recognized accrediting organization, AND One (1) year of experience as an Electroencephalograph Technician in a hospital or health care setting. Satisfactory equivalent combination of education, training and experience, where Certificate of Completion from the American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic and Evoked Potential Technologists (ABRET) recognized training program. Graduate from Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) accredited program may be substituted for one (1) year of experience, as described in #1 above. Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA).

Schedule : 8 : 00 AM-4 : 30 PM
Duties : Job Summary :
- Prepares patient for EEG exam, applies electrodes to patient's head, operates and maintains appropriate equipment, identifies tracing, prepares records.
