Busy specialty practice in Southwest Houston is looking for an experienced Medical Assistant.
Ability to work 8am-4 : 30pm on Mondays, other days 8 : 30am-5pm No travel required.
- Current Medical Assistant Certification certification is not required
- Current CPR certification preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years clinical MA experience
- Some knowledge of ICD9 and CPT codes
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of charts and medical records and appropriate documentation
- Computer literacy
