Utilizing organizational resources the RN acts as a patient advocate for the delivery of safe care including delegation of care and participation in performance and practice improvement.

The Registered Nurse reports to the Clinical Nurse Manager.Job Requirements* Graduation from an accredited nursing program* Licensed in the state of Ohio as a Registered Nurse* At least 12 months of RN experience in an acute care or long term care setting* BLS certification* ACLS certification required within six months of hire* Must be scheduled a minimum of 288 hours per calendar year* Minimum of 1 shifts (12 hours) per a 6 week schedule* Weekend Shift Requirement* 1 Holiday per year
