Our goal is simple, to beautify bathrooms across North America by manufacturing and installing attractive, durable and maintenance-free bath remodeling fixtures. Thereby, we enrich the lives of those we touch. We are looking to hire an experienced Call Center Representative at our Seattle, Washington office. A qualified applicant will have excellent computer and communication skills, management experience, customer service experience, be available to work evenings and weekends, and be able to resolve conflicts and issues.

$42,000 base, and $50,000 with commission. Room for advancement.

Job duties include :

• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls
• Customer Service
• Manage sales reps schedules
• Achieve weekly and monthly quotas

We have an excellent compensation package for this position that includes an hourly rate and bonus opportunities.
