My direct Fortune 500 client is an in-house creative agency looking for someone to join the Project Management team to schedule assessment meetings to define project scope, goals, and timelines.

Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource allocation . This is a 12 month contract + extension .

The team is located in Irvine CA , and the role is on-site 2-3 days / week.

Digital Project Manager Responsibilities :

• Guide projects through internal approval processes (editorial, medical, regulatory).
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between account teams, creative teams, and technical resources.
• Provide strategic guidance on digital technology and project parameters.
• Oversee day-to-day project management, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Coordinate and allocate interactive resources (designers, developers, etc.) to projects.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, making adjustments as needed.
• Prepare and route projects through the appropriate regulatory review process.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure projects meet standards and client requirements.
• Identify and resolve project issues and risks.

Digital Project Manager Requirements :

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or advertising agency setting.
• Proven track record in managing interactive / digital projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Nice to have : Understand and adhere to regulatory requirements (e.g., ZINC).
