Position Summary : Our Senior Executive Partner has managing responsibilities for a call center and a sales team in marketing High Ticket Teams services to coaches, consultants, agency owners, startups, home improvement brands, and so much more.

The partner represents High Ticket Teams in attracting our ideal clients through channel partners, strategic alliances, chambers of commerce, and state trade, and professional associations.

In addition, The Senior Executive Partner must demonstrate a high level of competency and the ability to grow quickly and adapt within a marketing-driven business environment.

1099 commission only position. Active participation in the organization’s lead generation & marketing efforts is vital to drive growth and success.

High Ticket Teams is seeking six-figure sales talent and aggressive growth-oriented entrepreneurial executives with a proven track record of success.

Successful candidates will possess a(n) :

  • Minimum 10 years of successful business experience in a marketing-intensive business
  • Demonstrates the ability to lead by example, actively participating in sales activities while coaching and developing team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Possesses a strong drive to seek out and close new business opportunities, continuously pushing to exceed sales targets.
  • Highly motivated by performance-based compensation, with a clear focus on achieving and surpassing commission goals through individual and team success.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

The Senior Executive Partner contributes significantly to personal production, key channel relationships, as well as hiring, training, and developing a team of sales closers.

In summation, a Senior Executive Partner has complete leadership authority in the business development activities of their respective operation.

Responsibilities Include :

  • Attracting clients through channel partners
  • Forming strategic alliances with state, trade, and professional associations
  • Forming partnerships with chambers of commerce
  • In-person and virtual presentations
  • Delivering business seminars to groups of 5-50 business owners
  • Monitoring and improving the sales performance of direct reports
  • Developing sales strategies
  • Leading team meetings
  • Meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
