Position Summary

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies, with a strong focus on Feature flags & Chaos Engineering.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to drive awareness and adoption of our products and services.

About The Role

  • Market Research and Analysis :
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Product Positioning and Messaging :
  • Develop clear and compelling value propositions for our FF / CE solutions.
  • Create messaging and content that effectively communicates the benefits of our products to target audiences.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy :
  • Collaborate with the product management team to define and execute go-to-market plans, including product launches and updates.
  • Work closely with sales teams to enable them with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively sell our solutions.
  • Content Creation :
  • Produce marketing collateral, such as whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and web content, to educate customers and prospects on the benefits of our FF / CE offerings.
  • Campaign Management :
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and product adoption.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Customer Engagement :
  • Develop strategies for customer engagement and retention, including the creation of customer-focused content and programs.
  • Thought Leadership :
  • Establish the company as a thought leader, through speaking engagements, webinars, and industry events.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in the cloud / Devops services.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Work Location

It would be great to have someone who is local to the Bay area but we will consider someone who is remote from within the United States.
