Position Overview : We are looking for a skilled and motivated Independent Handyman to join our team. In this role, you will be an essential representative of Nandail Property Management, providing high-quality services and upholding our high standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities : Perform general carpentry work, including both rough and finish tasks. Handle upgrades and remodels for bathrooms and kitchens.
Paint interior and exterior surfaces. Repair, patch, and caulk drywall. Address minor plumbing and electrical issues. Repair and install flooring.
Conduct general home repairs and maintenance. Communicate effectively with clients and team members. Stay organized and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
Maintain attention to detail in all tasks. Qualifications : High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required. Proven experience as a handyman.
Proficiency with various hand and power tools. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable transportation. Flexible schedule.
Mechanical aptitude. A contractor or journeyman license is a plus. Additional Benefits : Company covers the cost of materials.
