Dual level of care unit (telemetry and PCU), as well as primary stroke center. nUnit Size / Beds : 25 beds (9 of which are PCU level of care) nExpected Ratios : for all 3 shifts its 1 : 5-6 on floor side, 1 : 3 for PCU nCases seen : chest pain, strokes, respiratory failure, and sepsis is probably our 4 biggest diagnosis n2 years PCU experience nCertification : NIHSS, ACLS, BLS n36 hours
