Senior Embedded Engineer C++

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Embedded Engineer to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the development of next-generation medical devices used in blood diagnostics.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and integrate embedded systems that meet the stringent requirements of our diagnostic instruments.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (6+ years) in embedded software development, preferably in the medical device industry
- Proficiency in C / C++ programming languages and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
- Strong understanding of microcontroller / microprocessor architectures and embedded system design principles.
- Experience with communication protocols (e.g., SPI, I2C, UART) and wireless technologies (e.g., Bluetooth, Wi-Fi) is desirable.
- Familiarity with software development tools (e.g., IDEs, debuggers, version control) and software lifecycle processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience with medical device regulations and standards (e.g., IEC 62304, ISO 13485) is a plus.
- Familiarity with FPGA programming and signal processing algorithms.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices in embedded systems.
