Core Responsibilities : Preparation, revision and training of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Responsible for managing a team of 12-15 Provide relevant feedback and improvement areas on the audited calls Daily, weekly and monthly review with Internal / Customer leadership Conduct and report on business-critical analysis (SLA’s / KPI's) Requirements : Minimum of 3 years of Team Lead related experience HS Diploma or equivalent Preferences : Prior Networking / Telecom experience People Management experience CCNA Certification, PMP, Prince2, CAPM, ITIL certifications Order Management(Comms)
