About The Position
Weekly Pay Range - $1611 To $1790 Job Title : Certified Surgical Technician Job Specialty : Surgical Technician Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day - 3x12 hours (11 : 00 AM - 11 : 45 PM) Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week Experience : Not specified License : Not specified Certifications : BLS Must-Have : Ability to scrub all cardiac cases, including heart and lung transplants.
Availability for on-call duties. Job Description : Serve as an integral member of a surgical team in an academic level 1 trauma center.
- Prepare and maintain a sterile field during surgical procedures.- Assist in various tasks to ensure a safe, efficient, and successful surgical procedure.
- Scrub all cardiac surgical cases, including heart and lung transplants.- Adhere to infection control policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate high-level teamwork and communication skills within the operating room.- Provide patient care and surgical team assistance as required.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training sessions.
