Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop control systems for manufacturing processes, machinery, and equipment.
- Program and configure PLCs, HMIs, and other control devices.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with electrical and mechanical engineering teams to integrate control systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation for control systems, including specifications, manuals, and reports.
- Provide technical support and training to operators and maintenance personnel.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in control systems technology.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Controls Engineer or similar role.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and HMI development.
- Strong understanding of control theory, automation, and instrumentation.
- Experience with CAD software for control system design.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
