Senior Technical Project Manager for AVEVA PI

As the Senior Technical ProjectManager you will lead in scopingplanning resource allocation and coordination of AVEVA PI upgradeactivities.

You will proactively monitor project timelines budgetsand deliverables to ensure successful project execution up to thehandingover phase.

You will work onsite at our client s locationrepresenting and providing worldclass customer engagement andtechnical expertise.

You are the primary point of contact (POC) forthe client s Automation Team and others and you will leadthirdparty management aspects for the integrationphase.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developcomprehensive AVEVA PI project plans including timelines resourceallocation and risk managementstrategies
• Gatherand analyze requirements and translate them into technicalspecifications
• Designand implement efficient data structures in Asset Framework(AF)
• Proactivelylead data migration tasks from Asset Framework (AF) to PIVision
• Liaiseand effectively communicate with all departments regarding allaspects of the projects; inception throughclosure

Requirements

• Indepthknowledge of AVEVA PI System including PI Server Data Archive andAsset Framework(AF)
• Proficiencyin PI Vision and its functionalities including understanding of PIDataLink PI ProcessBook and other relevant PItools
• Leaddata migration strategies from AF to PIVision
• Expertisein data integration data modeling and datavisualization
• Minimumof 10 years of experience in leading and managing largescale ITprojects; highly comfortable being the primary technical andcustomer point of contact(POC)
• Strongunderstanding of IT infrastructure including servers networks anddatabases
• Strongcommunication skills and engaging personality to liaise withstakeholders including clients technical teams and seniormanagement
• Practicethe C s of projectmanagement : communicationcoordination collaboration change management andcreativity
• Postsecondarytechnical education training orcertifications

• Bachelorof Science in Engineering Computer Science IT or their technicalequivalent

Proven experience in managing large-scale IT projects. Ability todevelop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resourceallocation, and risk management strategies.

Strong communicationskills to liaise with stakeholders, including clients, technicalteams, and senior management. Ability to gather and analyzerequirements, and translate them into technicalspecifications.

In-depth knowledge of AVEVA PI System, including PIServer, Data Archive, and Asset Framework (AF). Proficiency in PIVision and its functionalities.

Understanding of PI DataLink, PIProcessBook, and other relevant PI tools. Expertise in dataintegration, data modeling, and data visualization.

Ability todesign and implement efficient data structures in AF. Experiencewith data migration strategies from AF to PI Vision.
