Job Description
The Associate Project Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting our Modeling and Digital teams, as well as our project management leads.
This role involves keeping projects and deliverables organized, on track, and moving smoothly from inception to delivery.
The ideal candidate will not only assist in maintaining oversight of all project activities but also help to foster a collaborative environment where innovation and accountability thrive.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the coordination and management of projects, assisting team members in prioritizing deliverables and ensuring accountability to deadlines.
- Develop and standardize tracking methods for requests, project progress, and ensure processes are reinforced across different teams.
- Organize comprehensive model training sessions for the business department, facilitating knowledge transfer from the Modeling and Digital teams.
- Foster a collaborative environment between the Modeling and Digital teams, ensuring they work cohesively on new projects and ideas.
- Encourage and facilitate cross-team communication to align project goals and expectations.
- Organize and update project documentation, ensuring all necessary information is readily accessible and up-to-date.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions for improvement, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
- Communicate project needs and goals with stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to the planning and development of projects, establishing and maintaining roadmaps for both teams.
- Manage scope changes by negotiating additional time or resources as needed to ensure project success.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in project management or a similar role and Agile framework.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Monday.com, Jira, and Confluence.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Salary Range
$75,000.00 - $90,000.00
A successful applicant's actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure / certifications, and equity.
