Licensed Psychiatrist - MD / DO in WI
Sherman Counseling is growing! We are an outpatient mental health clinic located in Appleton, WI , and we are expanding our services.
We specialize in caring for people with a humanistic approach and are passionate about helping our patients reach their full potential and reconnect with their mental and physical health.
We are actively seeking a Wisconsin-licensed Psychiatrist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working collaboratively with other clinicians and a diverse patient population. We seek candidates interested in innovative therapies, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation services.
Training will be provided for interested candidates.
Work with a team of exceptional clinicians and create the practice of your dreams.
Compensation :
The salary range for this position is $255,573 - $372,297 per year. This role also allows bonuses based on performance.
Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based on experience and metric achievement.

Experience / Qualifications :
- Must have a clean and unrestricted Wisconsin license
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist
- Excellent communication, patient relations, time management skills, and safety awareness are required
- Expertise and experience treating children, adolescents, and families would be viewed positively.
