We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our team in Santa Clara, CA.The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs.
This role requires collaboration with parents, teachers, and support staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student's unique needs.
- Use a variety of teaching methods to support students' academic and social development.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and specialists to ensure student success.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field.
- Valid California teaching credential in Special Education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with students with diverse needs is preferred.
