As a Clinical Educator, you will not only be the face of orientation and training for your facility and team, but you will also use your experience and expertise to develop each individual's skills and abilities throughout their time in the Sterile Processing Department.
Duties :
- Design and implement training plans based on the priorities of your facility and staff members.
- Lead multi-week training programs for all new Sterile Processing employees at your facility.
- Document and review training efforts for compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Identify employee knowledge gaps at your assigned facility and create an ongoing development plan for all members of the Sterile Processing team.
- Build continuing education programs with a focus on new products and procedures.
Education Degree : High School Diploma or GED
Required Experience :
- High school diploma or GED, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3+ years' experience in Sterile Processing.
- 3+ years' experience in training.
- Sterile processing certification required.
Pay range : $59,300.00 - $77,826.00. This position is eligible for BONUS PARTICIPATION or a commission.
Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county / city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on various factors, including local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
