Job SummaryJob Summary : This is a Great Opportunity to become a leader in a great Company. We are seeking a growth minded District Operations Manager to assist with managing refreshment operations.

As the District Operations Manager you will work with the District Manager to support our business. Key Responsibilities : Ensures that the branch financial performance meets Company and client objectivesOptimizes operational productivity and monitors development of realistic and accurate forecastsInterprets and ensures compliance with policies, procedures and guidelines to promote consistent application within the DistrictAssists where needed in the scheduling and coordination of new installationsParticipates in the sales processIdentifies regional and district training requirements for Customer Service ManagersCoordinates union contract negotiationsAbides by all parts of collective bargaining agreements, where applicable Preferred Qualifications : Associate's degree and a minimum of three years related experienceAbility to read, analyze and interpret financial dataExcellent presentations skills requiredAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization existsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and ExcelApply to Canteen todayCanteen is a member of Compass Group USAClick here to Learn More about the Compass Story Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
